This 60-minute Kundalini Yoga class is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to your body.
While rooted in the traditional structure of Kundalini Yoga, this practice is guided through a gentler, more intuitive approach — honoring your own pace, your breath, and your lived experience in the moment.
You can expect a blend of:
gentle movement
conscious breathing
simple meditation
space to rest and integrate
There is nothing to achieve and nothing to get right.
This is a space to listen inward and meet yourself where you are.
This free class is being offered as a way to experience this work as it begins to take shape in a more regular rhythm.
