Pathways into contemplation
Every offering here is a doorway. You do not need to know what is on the other side before you walk through. You only need to be willing.
A word before you choose
We want to say something that most schools do not say.
You do not need to understand these systems before you begin. You do not need to have meditated for years, or know your Gene Keys profile, or have any artistic ability whatsoever. In fact, the less you think you know, the better. The door opens most easily for beginners. For the curious. For the ones who are willing to play.
We designed it that way on purpose.
What we offer is not information. It is experience. And the only thing experience asks of you is that you show up — in your body, with your willingness, and with enough of the child still alive in you to be surprised.

What your hands know that your mind has forgotten.
This is where it all began.
You arrive. Cheryl settles the body — through Kundalini yoga, mudra, and breath — so that what is true in you can rise without resistance. Then Eve holds the field with tuning forks for around thirty minutes as you draw. Not to make something beautiful. Not to get it right. Simply to allow the hand to move, and see what comes.
No artistic experience needed. No interpretation required. Just arrival, and willingness.
When the circle reconvenes, we sit together with what emerged — the symbols, the colours, the images that appeared without being summoned. Through the Gene Keys, Human Design, and the I Ching, each drawing becomes a map. A mirror. A message from the part of you that already knows.
And then something happens that we have watched many times and never quite get used to. A woman shares her drawing. Another sees something in it. A third recognises it in herself. And the room fills with a seeing that belongs to no single person — and yet speaks, unmistakably, to each one.
For women ready to look honestly at themselves — and willing to be surprised by what they find.
-
For when something is already stirring and you need to be met directly — not in the group, not alone, but in the quiet intimacy of the three of us together.
There is something that becomes possible in a triad that neither of us could offer alone. Three points of witness. A shape that holds.
In a private session you move through the drawing process personally, followed by deep contemplation of your Gene Keys profile, Human Design chart, and whatever the hexagrams are speaking to in your life right now. It is not coaching in the conventional sense. It is witnessing — skilled, unhurried, and rooted in genuine care for where you are going.
For women at a turning point — in relationship, in identity, in purpose — who need steady companions for the first steps of the inner journey.

The Drawing Circle plants something. Body & Being is how you water it.
A consistent offering of Kundalini movement, mudra, and group contemplation — not as an intensive, but as a sustainable rhythm. The kind of practice that does not ask everything of you at once, but asks something of you regularly.
And over time, that is where the real change lives.
Not in the single breakthrough. In the returning.
For women already on the path who want community and consistent practice to carry them between deeper experiences.
