We begin with gentle movement and breath, softening the body, creating space within. From there we move into a mudra meditation guided by the Gene Key currently in transit — held alongside its programming partner, so the full field can be felt.

A quiet way to be with what is moving through you. Through the body, the breath, and the subtle language of your hands.

Cheryl is with you live — holding the space, witnessing what arises, restoring the ground beneath your feet.
