A 45-minute practice to gently return to the subtle language of your body.

Through light movement, breath, mudras, and mantra, we move beyond thinking and into feeling. The hands shape the energy, the sound carries it, and the body becomes the place where it all meets.

This is a space to soften, listen, and connect with what exists just beneath the surface—allowing the experience to unfold naturally from within.

Nothing to perform.

Simply come as you are.
