What to expect

Where the body learns to feel safe again.

The lotus grows from the darkest, muddiest water. Not despite the depth — because of it. It does not struggle toward the light. It simply follows its own nature, rooted in the dark, opening when the conditions are right.

This is the first teaching of the Lotus Room.

You do not need to push. You do not need to force. You simply need to arrive.

What happens here

Movement and breath inspired by the Kundalini tradition. Mudra — the ancient language of the hands. Mantra — sound that tunes the nervous system the way an instrument is tuned before it can be truly played.

Not as performance. Not as practice to be perfected.

As tending.

The nervous system settling. The yin rebuilding. The body restoring its capacity to hold, to feel, and to return to itself after being moved.

Before insight can land, the body must have ground to receive it.

Before anything else — this.

Who holds this space

The Lotus Room is held by Cheryl.

In Human Design she carries the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix — a design devoted to the resurrection of life force. Encoded within her are four Gene Keys that together form the complete architecture of this work.

Gene Key 20 — contemplation. The gift of being fully present, fully awake, fully here. Not analysing the past or reaching for the future — but arriving, completely, in this moment.

Gene Key 34 — the wisdom of the body. The understanding that power and contemplation cannot be separated. That the body is not the vessel for wisdom. It is the wisdom itself.

Gene Key 55 — freedom. The spirit here to be liberated. Not just personally — but collectively, in this epoch we are all entering together.

Gene Key 59 — intimacy. The dissolving of barriers. The releasing of what has been held through genuine closeness, genuine trust, genuine seeing.

She does not teach these keys.

She carries them.

And in her presence — without effort, without performance — the body begins to feel what those frequencies actually are. Nothing is rushed open. Space is created gently, rhythmically, in the body's own time — so that what has been held can begin, quietly, to release.

She settles the body. She restores the ground. She makes it safe enough to arrive.

And in that safety — slowly, completely — something begins to rise.
